Important Information
- Operating Hours: Everyday
- Ticket Exchange Time: 18:00 - 20:00
- Match Time: First match: 19:00-20:00 / Second match: 20:30-21:30 (3 matches featuring different fighters, with a total duration of approximately 60-80 minutes, subject to match conditions; any schedule changes will be notified separately.)
- Booking Time: Orders can be placed up to 30 minutes before the match starts.
- Please present the mobile electronic confirmation along with the original passport or a photograph of it for ticket collection.
- On-site staff will verify if the ticket price complies with the minimum selling price regulations. In the event of a price violation, access to the venue will be denied, and the paid fees will not be refunded.
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
- Changes or cancellations can be made 3 days prior to the ticket date.
- Cancellations made 2-3 days (inclusive of 2 days) before the ticket date will incur a 50% charge.
- Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the ticket date are not allowed.
Additional Information:
- Kind Reminder: A group photo session with the fighters takes place at the end of each day's matches. Tipping is voluntary.
Important Reminders:
- For same-day booking, please place the order at least 30 minutes in advance.
- For guests making their own way to the boxing stadium, please arrive at the stadium at least 15 minutes before the event to exchange for physical tickets.
- Photography and videography of the program are allowed. During this process, the use of flash photography is strictly prohibited in the theater. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this rule.
- For customers who have booked the package with one-way transfer, please provide us with your room number and valid contact details upon check-in. Please be punctual and wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you are late, it will be considered that you have given up the service, and no refund or modification will be provided.
