- Pick-up Service Range
- Pick-up service is available within Chiang Mai Old City and surrounding areas.
- For areas further away, please contact customer service before placing an order to inquire about pick-up availability.
- Daytime: 13:30-16:00, every 30 minutes
- Nighttime: 17:30-20:00, every 30 minutes
- It is recommended to carry cash and passports for unforeseen circumstances.
- For packages including hotel pick-up and drop-off service, please provide your room number and valid contact information to us after checking in. Please wait in the hotel lobby on time and do not be late, as the driver can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you are late, it will be considered as an automatic waiver and cannot be modified or refunded.
- For packages including hotel pick-up and drop-off service, the pick-up vehicle is a shared ride, and the pick-up time is an estimated time that may be subject to time discrepancies due to traffic conditions and different punctuality of individual customers. Therefore, if the driver has not picked you up at the appointed time, please contact our customer service to confirm the time again, and do not let it affect your mood during the trip.
