• Method 1: Take the BTS to Saphan Taksin Station, exit from Exit 2, and walk to the pier. There is a free shuttle boat to the Asiatique Riverfront Pier. Be mindful of the free and paid shuttle boats at the pier.

• Method 2: Download the Grab Taxi app, enter the destination "Asiatique The Riverfront," and communicate via message using the app's built-in translation function.

The cruise is divided into two areas, the indoor area on the first floor and the outdoor area on the second floor. Please confirm with the customer service representative at the time of booking which area is available.

Check-in Time: 19:00~19:40

Ticket Counter: Located between warehouse 7-8 at Asiatique the Riverfront.

Boarding Pier: Pier 2 at Asiatique the Riverfront.

Departure Time: 20:00 (Please arrive at the Location 20 minutes before departure.)

Cruise Time: 20:00 ~ 22:00

▸For 3rd floor open-air area and 2nd-floor bow bookings: Please note that in case of cloudy or rainy weather, you may be reassigned to an indoor shared table. Thailand’s weather can be unpredictable—thank you for your understanding!
▸During Thailand’s rainy season, the Chao Phraya River’s water levels may rise, potentially causing delays or route changes without prior notice.
▸Avoid bringing valuables. The cruise company is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
▸Bangkok traffic is highly congested. Please leave early. If you miss the cruise due to traffic or personal reasons, your ticket will be considered forfeited with no refund.
▸After receiving your booking confirmation, please verify all details carefully. If there are any errors, contact us immediately for corrections. On the day of your cruise, present your e-ticket at the counter to redeem a physical ticket.
