- Children under 3 years are free of charge.
Departure time can be 10 to 30 Minutes early or delayed due to the weather condition (e.g) the wave and fog light.
The departure time may be delayed or canceled if the operation is not possible due to weather conditions. natural disasters restricted access by the local police or due to a lack of minimum number of passengers on board. Fully refunded if any of these are relevant.
Operation will take place even on a rainy day. Cancellation request due to rain on the day of boarding will be subject to a fee in accordance with the refund policy

Please arrive 30 minutes before boarding time as the boarding declaration form needs to be signed.

A minimum number of people on the day is 30 people. Therefore the booking may be canceled on the day. This can be checked at the site and if a refund wanted due to the cancellation, please contact the CS Team. (Please note that 2 pm operation has a 1% chance of cancellation)
