- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents and Children 6 years and below (any nationality) enjoy free admission.
- Concession rates are valid for Students/Senior (60 and above)
- Valid proof of identity (eg. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession admission.
- Ticket rates include admission to all permanent galleries as well as both special exhibitions.
- Visitors are advised to collect the admission stickers at the visitor service counter at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot or during the time slot itself.
