Important Information
- Admission ticket is valid for one entry on the stated date and time only, re-admission is not allowed.
- Entry will not be allowed for invalid tickets that were already redeemed, collected, consumed, lost or have expired. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once validated.
- MINT reserves the right to request personal identification or proof of nationality before granting admission to the museum. Access may be denied if ticket conditions of sale have not been met.
- MINT reserves the right to change their operating days and hours, including last admission entry times without any prior notice. The museum will not grant any refund due to these changes. Plan your visit ahead of time and check the attraction's website for the latest operating hours.
- MINT, at their absolute discretion, reserves the right to temporary or permanently close the galleries within the museum for maintenance and for reasons outside their control or force majeure including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. The Museum is not obliged to grant any ticket replacements or refunds under these circumstances.
- In the event that a visitor is found to have damaged any property or works in the museum, MINT reserves all rights to claim for any loss, damage or expense suffered (including but not limited to legal costs), arising out of or in connection with any such damage.
- MINT shall not be responsible or liable in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any claims, expenses, damage and losses, which arise out of or in connection with your visit to the Museum.
- Bullying or any threat of violence towards any staff member or other visitors will not be tolerated.
- Food or beverages are not permitted in any of the galleries at any time due to hygiene purposes. Visitor that is found not adhering to the rules may be declined entry to the exhibition
