Kele's pineapple tarts or cookies halal—certified? (We are not halal-certified but we do not use any pork-based ingredients in our production.)
Is Kele’s confectioneries suitable for vegetarians or vegan? (Most of our confectioneries are vegetarians-friendly except Chicken Floss Rolls & Shrimp Rolls. However, as most of our products contain butter and eggs, we do not recommend them to customers with vegan-diet.)
What are the allergens to take note of? (Most of our confectioneries contain dairy, egg & gluten. Some of our selections contain nuts and crustacean too. Should you have any allergies concerns pertaining to the above-mentioned, we do not recommend you consuming any Kele’s confectioneries as they are produced within the same facility.)
How long can the Pineapple Tarts & Ball last? What are the recommended storage conditions? (Our products can last 3 months from the manufacturing date when stored indoors without direct sunlight. All expiry dates are reflected under the packaging.)
Do your confectioneries contain any preservatives? (We do not use any artificial preservatives or chemicals in all our products.)
