Tickets sold cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
Most attractions accept mobile vouchers, but some may require a printed ticket. Please check the specific voucher details after booking.
Important Information
Clothing Policy:
Highly recommend comfortable sports clothing and pants/shorts. Guests are required to wear close-toed shoes at ESCAPE Petaling Jaya for safety reasons.
What to bring: Light clothing suitable for sports activities, Spare clothing & sports accessories such as gloves, Sports shoes, A spirit of adventure and Your inner child.
What not to bring: No dangling jewellery because it might be a safety hazard & No valuables as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal property.
Note:
Future Kid (0-3) and Super Kid (61-100+) are free entrance. seniors aged 61+ must be accompanied by a paying guest and present a valid MyKad to enter free of charge. Those not holding a MyKad need to purchase an adult ticket to enter the park.
The parent/guardian understands that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the terms & conditions by themselves and the minors under their care and warrants that they will take all reasonable effort to ensure that they do not breach their duty of care towards the minor(s).
