Most attractions accept mobile vouchers, but some may require a printed ticket. Please check the specific voucher details after booking.
Important Information
- You can enter the Museum at any time on the selected date and explore the galleries at your own pace. Please present your voucher at the admissions deck first to redeem your ticket
- Visitors are asked to follow a one-way route through the galleries, to maximize social distancing—just follow the arrows on the floor
- Galleries may occasionally be closed to visitors during exhibition updates, private functions, holiday closures, and other events
- Coat room and lockers are not available
- Because water fountains are unavailable for hygiene reasons, visitors are welcome to bring their own bottled water, but no other outside food or drink is permitted in the Museum
- Free entrance for U.S. military personnel and veterans, ID required.
- Free entrance for children under 6, no ticket required.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
