- From November to February, only the bar and tetail are open. No tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Last admission: 1 hour before closing
- Please be on time for the tour
- Simply show your mobile tickets to the guide at the meeting point
- Tickets needs to be checked in at reception and exchanged for a tour ticket, which includes a token for a drink at the bar.
- Please select only one ticket category: The normal experience OR the Tasting Paddle experience. Two experiences cannot be booked together.
