    • Timely Arrival: All pre-booked guests must arrive 45 minutes before their allocated start time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiting the experience due to limited availability.
    • Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

    • Booking Requirements: A minimum of two people per booking is required.
    • Safety Measures: All participants must pass an alcohol breath test and present photo ID that matches the name on the declaration form.
    • Child Policy: Child tickets are available for ages 10-15. Children must be at least 10 years old and 90cm tall. They must also be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child aged 10, one adult per three children aged 11-17).
